We provide corporate housing solutions, with typical stays lasting anywhere from two nights to 90 days. Our clients undergo a rigorous screening process. They must submit a copy of their photo ID, provide a reason for their stay, and agree to our house rules.

Our business relies on a mix of both new and repeat clients. While returning guests can book directly through our website, new clients typically find us through secure, third-party booking platforms.

Depending on the nature of the clients, visits typically last anywhere from two nights up to extended stays of 90 days.
Does your company have a cleaning team?
Yes. After each short-term stay, professional cleaning staff come in and clean space. For extended stays, this process is weekly.
What systems does our company use to eliminate loud noise and anti-community behavior?
There are cameras located on the exterior of each property. This camera detects any extra guests and all ongoing activity. There’s also a noise aware device located in every property. Our noise aware device provides instant actionable alerts, so we are first to know what’s happening at the property, not the neighbors. We also have a local manager available for on-site meetings so our clients are never without support for whatever they need.
What about insurance?
If something breaks as a result of our clients, don’t worry, we’ve got it.
What’s the difference between partnering with us compared to renting to a traditional renter?
We can sign a longer lease. We can submit a larger security deposit. We can pay months of rent upfront. Depending on your business, we can rent multiple of your properties.
